    This paper describes modeling issues of transient flow to a well in confined aquifer near a recharge boundary. The paper presents the theoretical problems related to the study of transient flow of groundwater, the process of preparing a numerical model for the simulation research and analysis of simulation results. Studies were performed in 48 variants of computing. The purpose of modeling was to show the different reactions aquifer system in response to changes of parameters describing the model, according to the approved variant simulation.
