Efektywność modernizacji parku maszynowego w świetle zużycia energii czyli historia kopalni surowców skalnych pisana dżulami

One can set apart the following stages of aggregate production process into a rock minerals open pit: drilling of blastholes, crushing of rock body with explosive materials, loading of yielded materials from excavators (whell loaders), haulage of output, initial crushing and preparation into machinery systems of processing plant. A solution of problem has based on the application of a uniform energy criterion. The analysis and identification of mining processes have shown that it would be possible to describe all main technological operations from the energy consumption point of view.

Problemy zagospodarowania wyrobisk po eksploatacji kruszywa naturalnego na przykładzie złóż w dolinie Soły między Kętami a Bielanami

Deposits of the natural aggregates along the Soła valley were formed within Quaternary rendzina terrace. They are exploited from under the groundwater level. As a result, many hectares of valuable agricultural land are converted into post-mining pits, which change the natural environment of the Soła valley and preclude future crops. Being forced to declare post-mining redevelopment mode, users of the natural aggregate deposits declared construction of water reservoirs, which they call fishing ponds. However, in reality the ponds are used for recreation fishing but not for productive fish farming, which appears impossible, which cannot be drained in deep basins. A panorama of possible ways of reclamation of post-mining pits based on natural environment and social conditions is discussed, forming main body of the paper.

Przenośniki węglowe o regulowanej prędkości taśmy. Aspekty techniczne i ekonomiczne

Nowadays surface lignite mobile conveyor belts used about 10% of total mine electrical energy. About 50% of these energy consumption is possible to save by usage a new techniques in solution of conveyor belts electrical drive. The most important feature is belt speed regulation of coal conveyors. A mass transportation is always a very costly and these processes must particularly be inspected to reduction energy consumption. As annual lignite production in Poland is about 62 mln ton it is important climatic feature too. World wide companies offers of low voltage frequency converters with power up 1MW, which have a good price and reliability. These frequency converters need to be commonly used to build drives of coal conveyors with speed belt regulation.

Uproszczona metoda określania stanu technicznego ciężkich udarowych młotów hydraulicznych wykorzystywanych do prac pomocniczych w górnictwie odkrywkowym

The paper presents new simplified method of diagnosis of technical condition of heavy hydraulic impact hummers that are used in open pits. This method, on the contrary to the most commonly applied methods of calculating impact energy, does not require special research bays (positions), is cheap and possible to apply directly in the place of work of hammer.
