    Wpływ piętrzenia wody w wyrobisku poeksploatacyjnym „Piaseczno” na stosunki wodne w jego otoczeniu

    The aim of the thesis is to determine water damming effect within the post-mining working side ?Piaseczno? on the water conditions in its environment. These are post-mining areas of the former Sulphur Mine ?Piaseczno?. The mine liquidation method tends to rearrange water basin and surrounding areas to perform recreation functions in the future. Decommissioning works have been carried with intermittently out since 1982 and held by the spontaneous filling of underground water from the tributaries - mainly the quaternary period. The thesis presents pressure distribution changes of the quaternary floor before and after shutting down the Quaternary drainage excavation Piaseczno in 2010. In addition, the forecast of the groundwater levels in the quaternary floor for selected filling levels in Piaseczno reservoir is presented. Current regional hydrodynamics as well as hydrochemical conditions are resulted by the intensive ground formation drainage carried out for nearly half of the century. Due to this fact the exclusion of the drainage system will cause the reconstruction of the original water table in aquifers. This in turn might become a real threat for the present usage of the land around the reservoir. The full description of a scale of treats depending on chosen excavation liquidation, is given. Also, the way to prevent flooding areas located around the excavation through the implementation of drainage system is discussed.
