    This paper deals with an issue of the recovery of energy from exercise equipment. This applies to both active lifestyle and generation of „clean” electricity. The paper presents the design of an exercise bike able to generate electricity. Furthermore, it presents a sales proposal of professional training equipment able to generate electricity made by SportsArt Fitness company. For the designed exercise bike as well as for the equipment of SportsArt Fitness there was a calculation of economic and ecological effect.
