    In the paper we compare two pricing rales designed for stock exchanges and auction markets. We analyze the Modified Vickrey Double Auction known from the literature, and the parametric pricing rale, developed by us for the exchanges. We compare properties of these rales on the basis of illustrative examples. We also propose an algorithm which reduces the budget unbalance.
