    Petrograficzna charakterystyka anhydrytu dolnego (A1d) ze złoża „Bądzów” (LGOM)

    The bore-hole BG-61 drilled from the ore zone in NW part of the Bądzów deposit (the mining area of “Sieroszowice”) provided much information about the lower anhydrite in that region. Observations of the rock samples obtained from the core allowed the distinction of two lithological types: laminated anhydrite and wavy anhydrite. In order to determinethe detailed petrographic composition and degree of anhydrite’s secondary transformation, microscopy was carried out. This revealed that the anhydrite crystals occur in four types and there are distinctive aggregates of carbonate minerals. Observations of primary inclusions were carried out too. They showed that primary inclusion aggregates occur in the central part of the anhydrite crystals. Microscopic analysis was complemented by Raman spectroscopy, which showed the presence of bitumens in selected sample.
