Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Analiza porównawcza trzech metod planowania produkcji dla systemów przepływowych bez magazynów(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2007) Magiera, MarekThe three methods of production planning for multistage systems without intermediate buffers are presented. The two methods are hierarchical and the one is monolithic. The methods are constructed for machine loading and task scheduling. The mathematical linear models are constructed for the methods. The time criterion is used in the mixed integer programming. Results of computational experiments with the proposed approaches for production planning are presented. The maximum workloads and CPU run times are compared for all methods.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Modelling set-up times overlapping two periods in the Proportional Lot-Sizing Problem with identical parallel machines(2013) Kaczmarczyk, WaldemarThis paper presents a new mixed integer programming model for the Proportional Lot-Sizing Problem (PLSP) with identical parallel machines and set-up times overlapping two periods. The proposed model assumes constant period length and explicitly calculates the distribution of set-up operations among periods. The presented results of computational experiments with standard MIP methods prove that the untying set-ups from period borders enables the reduction of the total costs in optimal solutions.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Modułowy system wspomagania zarządzaniem łańcuchem dostaw(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Magiera, MarekThe paper presents the three-level method of supporting supply chain management. The initial schedule for each manufacturer is created at the first level. The second level is used for scheduling of transport products between manufactures. The final schedule for each manufacturer is created at the third level. The linear mathematical models of mixed integer programming are used in the method. The global optimization (minimization of costs) and local optimization (for each manufacture) are simultaneously regarded in the described method.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Two-level of production scheduling for flow-shop systems with intermediate storages(AGH University of Science and Technology Press, 2008) Magiera, MarekThe paper presents relaxation heuristics for production planning for multistage flow-shop with intermediate storages. The top-level is a stage loading, i.e., allocation of operations to the stages. The base-level is a task scheduling - allocation of operations to the stations. The time criterion is used in the minimisation function - the minimal production schedule is fixed. Results of computational experiments with the proposed method are presented.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Wielopoziomowy system planowania produkcji na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2008) Kraszewska, MartaThe article presents the essence of multi-level system of production planning. The type of plans prepared in companies and the course of production planning are discussed in detail. Theoretical considerations were supported the discussion of the real multi-level system of production planning in one of the companies from car industry.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Wybrane zastosowania programowania liniowego(Data obrony: 2009-07-01) Duracz, Katarzyna
