Analiza istniejących prognoz rozwoju konsumpcji i podaży gazu ziemnego w Polsce w świetle dostępnych prognoz Unii Europejskiej

W artykule omówiono istniejące i dostępne publicznie prognozy dotyczące podaży i popytu gazu ziemnego w Polsce w perspektywie zatwierdzonej Polityki Energetycznej Polski 2030 (PEP 2030) oraz pojawiających się estymacji możliwego wydobycia gazu z łupków w Polsce. Autorzy w artykule podnoszą, że choć strategia dywersyfikacji dostawców jest wyraźną przesłanką do zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa energetycznego kraju, to mimo to rozbieżności w prognozowaniu przede wszystkim »energy mix«, olbrzymi wpływ na prognozy polityki klimatycznej UE oraz brak przewidywalności co do możliwych scenariuszy rozwoju wydobycia gazu z łupków są na tyle duże, że trudno mówić o przewidywalności i stabilizacji rynku gazu w Europie. Omówione zostały także scenariusze rozwoju rynku gazu uwzględniające rozwój wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE, energetykę jądrową oraz perspektywę zero energetycznego rozwoju kraju (wzrost poziomu efektywności energetycznej). Wnioskiem z artykułu jest konieczność zbudowania modelu prognostycznego dla rynku gazu ziemnego w Polsce oraz zmiana prognoz w PEP 2030.

Using the results obtained by Herbich and Przytuła(2012), this thesis proposes methodology which allows to determine the spatial characteristics of available resources in the areas of future shale gas production and other cases. This methodology takes into account specific conditions of gas extraction, unavoidable climate changes and unregistered groundwater extraction . These factors have been omitted from consideration by P. Herbich. It also contains examples of the application of this methodology.

Energetic raw material prices in the aspect of defining mutual interactions and relations

Energetic raw materials markets have played, and still do, a fundamental role in defining the worldwide economic relations. It is especially important in the field of world energy economy and energy safety. As far as the analysis of the situation in this area that we have at our disposal shows and allows understanding the current trends and foreseeing the future market tendencies, the globalisation increasingly brings about concentration of production in a centre of the worldwide business. Let's then venture a statement that essential connections exist between the fundamentals of the raw material economy (production, production capacities, consumption, proved reserves) in the context of modelling of economical parameters, particularly prices.

The main goals of geophysics have been considered in following areas: - prediction and prevention of natural catastrophes and mitigation of their impact, - detection, location and monitoring of contaminated areas and goals related to their reclamation, - goals related to the safety of large and important structures and constructions, - goals related to safe deposition, storage and monitoring of dangerous wastes and toxic materials, - application of geophysical methods and observations to obtain »clean« and renewable energy, - detection, location and dating of archeological materials and monuments of cultural heritage. Due to the great importance of prediction in environmental engineering and protection, its possibilities and limitations have been considered separately.

Miks energetyczny w Unii Europejskiej do 2030 r. - rola paliw rodzimych

The European Union is strongly dependent on the primary energy carriers import. Prognosis show increasing of this dependence in the next decades. The only own primary energy carrier, of which reasonable deposits are in EU countries are hard coal and lignite. Coal utilisation causes many negative impacts on environment, including $CO_{2}$ emissions. Coals, as primary energy carriers, are characterised by the greatest emissivity, comparing with other carriers, including the natural gas. In the paper UE energy mix and prognosis for the future UE energy mix are discussed, emphasising the role of lignite. The most important challenges are emphasized and the most present actions and energy policy of UE are presented and discussed.

Modelowanie i predykcja zmienności czasowej produkcji biogazu w wybranych komunalnych oczyszczalniach ścieków

The aim of presented thesis is modeling and prediction of temporal variability of biogas in the three selected municipal wastewater treatment plants in Krosno, Rzeszow and Krakow. The data were prepared and modeled in Statistica's Statsoft program on the basis of materials obtained from municipal wastewater plants. Modeling was done by using stepwise regression and neural networks. Next stage was prediction of data. The accuracy of prediction was estimated by four measures: MAPE, Theil coefficient, Janus coefficient and RMSPE. Similar models could be used in municipal wastewater treatment plants to estimate the amount of biogas production. It will be used to product heat energy and electrical power which consequently is to reduce the wastewater treatment plants requirements for the outside energy intake.

The main purpose of this thesis was to identify the environmental risks associated with the implementation of the planned investment witch is expansion of the national road No. 47 in the section Nowy Targ - Zakopane. The project of the new road aims to improve the accessibility of the popular tourism area of Zakopane. The document presents a description of the individual components of the environment and the elements related to human activity and culture. Then the whole plan of the investment is described in details and the risks associated with its implementation and subsequent operation is indicated. The report also contains guidance on minimizing the negative impact of the project on the environment and shows the problem of social conflict.
