The main task of this study was to establish a program for magnetic modeling. The work includes theoretical foundations necessary for magnetic studies. The informatic technologies and the programming language used to create software are described. The work includes description of the program and gives instructions how to use created software.

Program do modelowania grawimetrycznego metodą wielościanów

This thesis presents requirements and implementation of a computer program which performs forward modeling of the gravity anomaly. Gravity effect comes from homogeneous polyhedral body. Shape of the body is reconstructed from its parallel planar cross sections’ contours. Program performs mentioned reconstruction composing body’s surface as a mesh of triangular facets. Those facets are then used to perform calculation of gravity effect using algorithm which implements polyhedron method. Modeling result is presented both graphically and in a tabular form.

This master's thesis come in two parts: the first part is the computer program that allows one to calculate error distribution of micro earthquakes source location, and the second one is theoretical. The theoretical part contains description of P wave method and S-P wave method. This methods allow analysis and optimization of seismic networks in mines. The algorithms in the computer program are founded, in both cases, upon minimization of certain functional, and solution of system of normal equations for location of source of the mining earthquake. The Writing of the computer program was based on this theoretical part. It was written in C language in Borland's IDE environment. The theoretical part of master’s thesis also contains description of free numerical library GSL with functions used in the computing algorithms, it also contains description of building modules and description of how to use the computer program.

Thermal influences on turbogenerator dynamic behaviour

Pole temperaturowe w wytwarzaniu energii elektrycznej może prowadzić do nierównowagi mechanicznej wirnika będącego w stanie równowagi. Autorzy zebrali informacje w wielu elektrowniach cieplnych na terenie Serbii i stwierdzili istnienie tego problemu. Biorąc pod uwagę istotne czynniki fizyczne zaproponowano model matematyczny dla celów identyfikacji pól temperaturowych w wirniku turbogeneratora i na jego podstawie dobrano sposób sterowania optymalny ze względu na eliminacje niepożądanych zjawisk.

Celem mojej pracy jest wykorzystanie analizy obrazu do wykonania pomiarów minerałów manganu zawartych w skałach węglanowych. Analizę prowadzono na zdjęciach wykonanych pod różnymi powiększeniami mikroskopu optycznego. W niniejszej pracy spróbuję jak najdokładniej przedstawić i opisać uzyskane wyniki wraz z przedyskutowaniem zaproponowanej przeze mnie metody.
