    The thesis presents issues related to the determining the accuracy of the cranial bone implants projection in the numerical and the physical reconstruction. The thesis presents the possibilities of the automation in the numerical reconstruction and the possibilities of the automation in the analysis of the accuracy of prototypes using the optical measuring techniques. In the process of the numerical reconstruction of the skull bones, the methods of obtaining the medical models geometry using the diagnostic CT measuring technique were presented. An analysis of the processing of numerical data methods, increasing the accuracy of 3D-CAD models methods and the possibilities of automation of all stages of the digital reconstruction were also analysed. For creating physical models the rapid protoyping technologies were used. Physical prototypes were subjected to comparative analysis with 3D-CAD models. The measurements were performer using the ATOS optical scanner GOM co.
