    Object of research - oil fields that are found in the final stages of development. The aim of this work is research the influence of geological factors on the the character of oil recovery in the final stages of field development. The main objective of the work is to evaluate the resource base and problem of elaboration of remaining reserves. On the basis execution analysis substantiated the need to improve methods of control over the features of reservoir systems and a detailed study of the process of reforming the oil beds. It is shown the necessity of using the theory of gravitational segregation to increase production of liquid hydrocarbons through the remaining reserves. Recommended commissioning liquidated and dormant wells and involvement them in the of additional development the exhausted fields for the full extraction the remaining reserves.
