    The purpose of this study is assessment of the environmental quality and differentiation of zinc and cadmium in sediments of the lower Przemsza River valley. Work presents information about the aquatic environment and the main sources of alluvia and soils contaminations. Described river environment and geochemical properties of selective heavy metals. Total content of metals in sediments make analyze and compare with the others study. Zinc and cadmium concentrations in the investigated alluvia and soils (sediments) are still very high contaminated.
