Dla przyjętych założeń dokonano odpowiednich obliczeń, a uzyskane wyniki porównano na wykresach z rzeczywistymi wymiarami filarów i komór, jakie zostały zastosowane w Kopalni Soli Kłodawa. Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaW miejscowości Łężkowice, położonej około 10 km na wschód od Bochni, eksploatowano złoże soli kamiennej metodą ługowniczą z powierzchni terenu. Eksploatacja trwała przez 29 lat (1968-1997), w trakcie której doszło do niekontrolowalnego rozrostu komór eksploatacyjnych, powstania zapadlisk i niecek obniżeniowych oraz zasolenia rzeki Raby. Likwidacja kopalni oraz rekultywacja obszaru górniczego została zakończona w 2008 roku. W pracy przedstawiono i przeanalizowano aktualny stan chemiczny wód podziemnych na obszarze zlikwidowanej Otworowej Kopalni Soli ,,Łężkowice”. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na występowanie pierwiastków śladowych. Zostały omówione najważniejsze procesy hydrogeochemiczne, które wpływają na występowanie pierwiastków śladowych i kształtowanie się chemizmu wód podziemnych.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Salt market characteristics in Poland on the example of the «Kłodawa» Salt Mine(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2022) Kołodziejski, JanuszThis article is a brief summary of information on the salt market in Poland. In addition it defines the economic areas in which sodium chloride is used, the sources of salt production and the forms in which it occurs - brine, evaporated salt and rock salt. General information is also given on the evaporated and rock salt producers in Poland. The market shares of individual salt producers, importers and solid salt producers and the countries that are the largest salt producers in the world are also presented. The article generally describes terms the largest rock salt producer in Poland, i.e. Kopalnia Soli «Kłodawa» S.A. The created files were then analyzed, checked and converted in the GeoNetwork XML program (Figs 1, 2) to .xml format and imported to MICARIS system based on the open source platform of GeoNetwork. An example of such a map in this system was presented in figure 3. In tables 2-4 and figures 2-4 the oldest mining maps were presented, referring to the exploitation of salt in Poland, starting from 17th century. Also a short characteristic of cartographic sets was given as well as the advantages connected with publishing them in the Internet.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Szyb z obudową w górotworze solnym - wstępne badania modelowe(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2010) Kortas, GrzegorzThe lining of a shaft in the salt mine is build according to the norms applied for elastics properties of the massive. However, salt massive creep can cause lining break down. Increase of stresses which is progressive in time is a reason of lining material effort and its flexibility. In this case convergence of the shaft is observed. The modelling research of lining behaviour in viscous - elastics medium was carrying out. Its results show that maximal stress in lining grows with decrease of its flexibility. Obtained results also show, that effective stress of lining can be easily described by specific function forms of shaft radius, thickness of lining as well as flexibility of lining to flexibility of rock massive ratio. This paper points out an important problem in mining sciences. The solution of this problem allows reducing the costs of lining construction and increase operational reliability of the shafts in the salt mines.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Techniki eksploatacji ługowniczej w złożu solnym Łężkowic - z historii produkcji solanki na Podkarpaciu(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Poborska-Młynarska, KatarzynaThe rock salt deposit Łężkowice occurs in the Sub-Carpathian region to the east of Krakow. The deposit was exploited by solution mining from the surface since 1968 to 1988. Several solution mining techniques were applied in the mine for brine production. Consequently to the progress of the brine output, the subsidence troughs were developed on the well field, numerous sinkholes were created and then the salinity of Raba river appeared. During the exploitation and many years after the mine closure the great attempts were carried out to limit the surface damages by salt caverns backfilling. In the article several leaching techniques applied in the Łężkowice mine are presented as well as the resulting incorrect cavern development. The process of backfilling, leveling of surface damages and mining area recultivation finished in 2008. The goal of the article is the recapitulation of the solution mining experience in the »Łężkowice« mine in the year of its final closure.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Technologia likwidacji otworów podsadzkowych w kopalniach soli(2008) Gonet, Andrzej; Stryczek, Stanisław; Brudnik, KrzysztofBackfilling wells are performed for a variety of situations. After being used, these wells should be closed as soon as possible, because their technical state usually deteriorates. This is especially important for salt mines, where they can be potential pathways for water. The closing technologies used for the reservoir and beyond it were discussed on the example of a backfilling well TP-24, drilled to the chamber Sanguszko in the Salt Mine Wieliczka S.A. Komora ta nie została wybrana w trakcie eksploatacji poz. 600 z uwagi na fakt, że chodnik komorowy stanowił drogę odstawy urobku z tzw. »części A« komory. Wznowienie eksploatacji w tym miejscu wymaga uzyskania odstępstwa od obowiązujących rygorów w związku z prowadzoną eksploatacją w wysadzie solnym. Over the centuries, its structure, methods of operation and purpose have all changed, with its miners being pioneers in Poland with regard to the method of extraction and the technologies used. Over hundreds of years, several shafts have been excavated, and a maze of galleries created near Bochnia, creating something like a town outside and underneath the city. Due to the depletion of the deposit and increasing costs, mining was stopped, and the last lump of salt came to the surface in 1990. Since that time the company has been making efforts to protect the natural and historical heritage by securing the workings and making them available for sightseeing by tourists.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Wybrane problemy projektowania udostępnienia odległych pól eksploatacyjnych na przykładzie Kopalni Soli Kłodawa(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Andrusikiewicz, Wacław; Obracaj, DariuszThe Kłodawa Salt Mine is the only active one which exploits salt with the dry method. The mine is located just upon the salt dome, that covers only a part of the dome - that is the belt ca. 8 × 2 km. The mining production takes place within five panels in the depth interval between 300-750 m. At the stage of designing of the access excavations in the field 5 at the 750 level there was a need to solve the ventilation problem. The central shafts used as inlet and exhausting peripheral shaft have to assure a proper air exchange rate within the all galleries and chambers. Thanks to the multi-variant analysis carried out, the optimum solution could be suggested. The following problem to be solved is a muck haulage. As in the beginning the volume of the muck from access works should not be a problem, as with elongation of haulage distance the problem is getting increase, reaching the critical point with starting exploitation works. The rail transportation used underground may appeared to be not sufficient and may be it will be necessary applying another alternative solution. The problems presented in the paper are only a fragment of the greater whole, which should be faced at the stage of designing process.
