Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Betony lekkie jako elementy obudowy wstępnej szybów drążonych w sztucznie zamrożonym górotworze(2007) Hydzik-Wiśniewska, Joanna; Czaja, PiotrThe application of Light Weight Aggregate Concrete (LWAC) as heat insulating and structural element for the preliminary lining of shaft fundamentally change the conditions of interchange heat between frozen rock mass and inside of shaft. This paper presents results of the laboratory tests in which the possibility of obtaining concretes especially with allow for binding and hardening in direct contact with frozen rock mass was specified.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Ekonomiczne aspekty stosowania betonu wysokowartościowego w budownictwie podziemnym(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Czaja, Piotr; Hydzik-Wiśniewska, Joanna; Wałach, DanielHigh Performance Concrete could be applying to working lining in underground construction, such as shafts, caverns and tunnels. The shaft construction is making of ordinary concrete now. Introduction High Performance Concrete allows change designing and realizing such workings. This paper presents results of analyses theoretical possibilities costs reduction shafts lining after changed ordinary concrete C25/30 to High Performance Concrete C70/85.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Koncepcja nowej obudowy szybów górniczych głębionych w sztucznie zamrożonym górotworze(2007) Czaja, Piotr; Hydzik-Wiśniewska, JoannaApplication of new material presenting higher strength and lower heat conductivity are widely used in nowadays civil engineering. It brings specific economical and ecological profits. Application of the materials so called 'new generations' in constructions of underground structures especially in tunnel and shaft lining can provide several advantages. This paper presents new concept of shaft lining sunk by the method of rock mass freezing. Replacement of the ordinary gravel concrete by means of High Performance Concrete (HPC) and Light Weight Aggregate Concrete (LWAC) we can reduce heat stream flowing across the lining. It means that temperature inside the shaft bottom can be increased up to +5 degrees of Celsius without any risk of melting frozen rock mass. This let us in application into the permanent layer of the shaft lining the high performance concrete. This idea can be also introduced in the deep mines for lowering the quantity of heat flowing from rock mass to the ventilation air, resulting decrease of mine air conditioning power.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Korozja obudowy szybów górniczych w świetle badań niszczących i nieniszczących szybu »Antoni« KWK »Marcel«(2007) Wałach, Daniel; Witosiński, JanA great number of destructive and non-destructive investigations were carried out by authors of the paper in 2006. Those researches were done in order to describe the technical condition of shaft's lining of hard coal-mine »Marcel«. The results of investigation in shaft »Antoni« are presented in the paper. One evaluated the lining load capacity refer to actual lining thickness and loading on the shaft wall. On the base of results the analysis of increasing level of corrosion was carried out.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Szyb z obudową w górotworze solnym - wstępne badania modelowe(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2010) Kortas, GrzegorzThe lining of a shaft in the salt mine is build according to the norms applied for elastics properties of the massive. However, salt massive creep can cause lining break down. Increase of stresses which is progressive in time is a reason of lining material effort and its flexibility. In this case convergence of the shaft is observed. The modelling research of lining behaviour in viscous - elastics medium was carrying out. Its results show that maximal stress in lining grows with decrease of its flexibility. Obtained results also show, that effective stress of lining can be easily described by specific function forms of shaft radius, thickness of lining as well as flexibility of lining to flexibility of rock massive ratio. This paper points out an important problem in mining sciences. The solution of this problem allows reducing the costs of lining construction and increase operational reliability of the shafts in the salt mines.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Wykorzystanie pomiarów sklerometrycznych do określenia parametrów wytrzymałościowych obudów szybowych(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Domańska, DanutaDetermination of current bearing capacity of shaft support, on the base of conducted tests, is the basis for an assessment of roadway stability during its operation. The work refers to non-destructive sclerometry measurements, presenting general principles of taking measurements and the method of estimation of the support strength basing on test results. Proper selection of the correlation between strength of shaft lining material and rebound number, that from rational point of view should be based on tests of the samples from a discussed structure, carried out on strength testing device, is very important as regards accuracy of the method.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Zagadnienia projektowania obudowy długotrwałych wyrobisk podziemnych(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Wichur, AndrzejUnderground construction in Poland underwent a rapid development over the period of prosperity in mining and the worsening geological-mining conditions became the incentive to create new constructions of support. A particular role was taken by long-term excavations' support and lining (shafts, crosscuts, chambers etc.). The paper constitutes the review of base achievements in this field. The types of the support and lining presented and the methods for their calculations were the results of many years of research and practical experiments. Many calculation models were used in the design process. The designing practice related allow to use these in statical calculations of other underground structures, like communication tunnels, hydroengineering objects etc.
