    Application of water equivalents method to calculation of ceramic heat exchangers

    Application of water equivalents method to calculation of ceramic heat exchangers are presented. By water equivalents method, mathematic model and algorithm of calculation the recuperators made of magnesia shapes were elaborated. By the model, ceramic recuperator to glass melting tank were calculated.

    High-efficiency ceramic recuperators to glass furnaces
    (2006) Karczewski, Krzysztof
    Mathematical model of high-efficiency ceramic recuperators using the new generation of shapes was elaborated. The parameters and characteristics magnesia, fusion cast alumina-mullite-zirconia, chamotte recuperator shapes were compared. Ceramic recuperator to glass tank was calculated by the model.

    Rozpoznawanie kształtów w sekwencjach wizyjnych z zastosowaniem algorytmu wstecznej propagacji błędów

    A new approach to automatic shape recognition is presented. This approach is based on backpropagation neural network. Investigations of the shape recognition were carried out for film sequences. Results of investigations with application of backpropagation neural network show that shape recognition efficiency is very high.
