    The aim of this master's dissertation is the environmental impact assessment of industrial park in Mielec. The investment encompasses two areas: A - in the northern part of Mielec and B - in the southern part of the city. Firstly, the present state of the environment and land development were described. Then, the influence of the enterprise on the environment during its completion and exploitation was analyzed. The results showed that pollution, especially the air pollution from the vehicular traffic, noise emission and land deformation had the most significant impact on the environment. The influence of waste management will be negligible if legal standards are obeyed. What is more, ways of minimizing the negative effects on the environment were presented in the MA paper.
