    This thesis presents evaluation of spatial policy in community Stary Sącz in relation to the specific natural, social and economic threats, especially protected areas. The main part of the work include delimitation areas of conflict by method of imposing maps. Geoenvironmental date: geologial-engineering conditions and geo-hazard, anthropopressure, environmental and cultural values were show on The Map of increased geoenvironmental hazard 1:50 000 scale. Based on this map was prepared Map areas of conflicts and described subject matter, kind, category of conflicts and also were shown interest groups, which take part in dispute. There were also suggested methods to minimize cause of conflict or negative effect of conflict’s appearance. If areas of conflict and conflicting situation will be recognized early, there is probability that planned spatial land management will be sustainable and satisfy needs of interest groups.
