Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Analiza spoiny spawanej blachy ze stopu aluminium 6061 metodą EBSD(Data obrony: 2021-03-26) Rejdych, Marcin
Wydział Metali NieżelaznychItem type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Microstructure of TIG welded with selected magnesium alloys(2014) Tuz, Lechosław; Pańcikiewicz, Krzysztof; Żurek, ZbigniewAn evaluation of the macro- and microstructure of magnesium alloy tungsten arc-welded butt joints is presented in this paper. Al-Zn-Mn magnesium alloys are taken into consideration in the research. Their main alloying elements are zinc and aluminum, respectively. The dendritic microstructure of the base metal is obtained. The analysis shows that achieving good-quality butt joints of magnesium alloys is possible.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Mikrostruktura i wybrane własności mechaniczne złączy spawanych staliwa w gatunku 42CrMo4(Data obrony: 2019-07-12) Cypara, Damian

Wydział Inżynierii Metali i Informatyki PrzemysłowejThe main objective of the dissertation was to study the possibilities of using Charge Coupled Device (CCD) photodetectors to measure the distribution of the visible radiation of the welding arc and stability monitoring of the TIG welding process, without and with filler metal. The dissertation is composed of two main parts. In the first part, based on literature review, the following issues were presented: photodetectors CCD, spectrophotometer cards, methods of monitoring of welding processes and the matter of the arc light radiation. In the second - experimental part -, the setup up and methodology of the studies were presented. In detailed the influence of changes of welding current and arc length changes on the intensity and distribution of arc light radiation during TIG welding were discussed. The results of the influence of chemical composition of shielding gases, base materials and filler metals on the distribution of arc light radiation were also described. In the dissertation the influence of the welding process disturbances on the distribution of arc light were presented. The practical application of using the arc light radiation to monitor the TIG welding process was also described. In the summary was concluded that the welding arc radiation contains a number of information concerning the course of the welding process and should be used as a tool for monitoring of the TIG welding process also with filler metal.
