    Ocena lokalnej zmienności ośrodka gruntowego na podstawie sondowań w rejonie Jarosławia

    The paper presents results of studies carried out in Jankowice, in the place, where the building of highway A4 is designed. There: four boreholes, twenty cone penetration tests (CPTU), eight dynamic soundings (DPL) and eight field vane tests (FVT) were executed. During the analysis of results the variation of parameters and their average values were studied for particular lithologic and genetic soil types. For proper separation of the geotechnical layers, the boreholes profiled with definite macroscopic consistency particular types of soils used. The results show clearly that the subsoil of this area is mainly built with loesses and clays originating from the Southern Polish Glaciation as well as alluvial and glacial sands.
