    The purpose of this thesis was analysis variability of chosen deposit parameters from sulphur deposit „Osiek”. The study was based on three parameters: thickness, average sulphur content in the borehole and geological yield. Data analysis proclaimed information from boreholes of Osiek mine. Description of variability was made by means of classical statistics method and geostatistics. Statistics method was used to calculating basic statistics measures and making histograms, while using geostatistics method was enable to create semivariograms and construct contour maps. Making analysis variability let define similarity deposit Osiek to other sulphur deposits in Poland. Moreover, in this thesis was presented a few possible reasons of variability of deposit parameters.
