    The development observed for years of the logistics aims at building the theory of the logistics. For her a scientific nature is being discussed. For many authors there is no doubt that the theory of the logistics should be settled in the systems theory. Against this background however many expressions of both expressions running away from recognized and universally accepted dates and the definition appear. Tidying up and systematizing connections of the logistics and systems is planning the author. A conception is an effect recapitulating discussions of logistic system.

    The thesis presents the system of waste economy produced in steelworks in full working cyckle. To identify the objects that the steelwork contains it was made the decomposition of organisational structure for collection of subsystems and relations between these subsystems. The worked out model of fittting wastes from steel sector has got coposite attitude about modluar character. In this thesis it's made the analysis of flowing the informations of flux and sort and quantity of wastes made during the production system of indicated steelwork. At the ground of executed analysis, it was worked out in tabular and schematic way, proposition of alternative way of conducting with the after effects.
