Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Badania modelowe dopływu wody do studni w naporowym poziomie wodonośnym w pobliżu granicy zasilającej, w warunkach filtracji nieustalonej(Data obrony: 2012-08-27) Kukuła, Marcin
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThis paper describes modeling issues of transient flow to a well in confined aquifer near a recharge boundary. The paper presents the theoretical problems related to the study of transient flow of groundwater, the process of preparing a numerical model for the simulation research and analysis of simulation results. Studies were performed in 48 variants of computing. The purpose of modeling was to show the different reactions aquifer system in response to changes of parameters describing the model, according to the approved variant simulation.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Ocena wpływu parametrów pojemnościowych skał w swobodnym poziomie wodonośnym na wyniki badań modelowych w warunkach filtracji nieustalonej(Data obrony: 2011-02-22) Wójcik, Mateusz
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effect of storage parameters of the unconfined aquifers on the results of simulations of transient flow conditions. Conditions of forming of the groundwater flow were reproduced using the numerical model of selected area with Processing MODFLOW software. Simulations were performed for 32 different variants that have been grouped into 4 scenarios characterized by the range of storage parameters (specific yield, effective porosity) and various flow conditions stabilization times. Comparison of the results showed relatively strong dependence between enlargement of the specific yield and increase of the flow conditions stabilization time. Together with growth of the specific yield value increased the water table position for time steps before complete stabilization. However, the effective porosity, constant for each scenario, has not affected the simulations results.
