    In purpose of identification of the polish copper ore types: carbonate, shale, sandstone, the investigation workings were undertaken in the work. The various properties of individual types cause differential of their beneficiation. Therefore, technological scheme of copper ore processing have to take into account type of processing ore. Knowledge about properties of processing ores allows for their complete utilization by specific operation and steering of processes. The object of investigations of the presented thesis was the study of investigative procedure, which allows to the universal qualification of the copper ore properties. The procedure was basing on the use of modern investigative methods, both advanced techniques and measuring devices as and the methods and programs of the data analyses (scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy, the image analysis, neuronal networks). Procedures of projecting and verification models of neural networks identifying effectively analyzed lithologic types of ore were described. Conclusions resulting from conducted examinations, analysis and calculations were introduced.
