    This thesis presents the way how to assess the suitablity of the environment for various forms of development in the municipality Jędrzejów. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes the current state of the natural environment in the community Jędrzejów and changes that have taken place in it as a result of anthropogenic activity and cultural conditioning. The second part contains the socio – economic of area of research. In the third part has been done a valuation to assess the relevance of the natural environment for selected commune utility functions, carried out by Bonitation point in the fields of basic assessment. The results of the work were presented at the map of land suitability for selected commune Jędrzejów utility functions, performed at the topographic undercoat in scale 1:25 000. This thesis includes many drawings and statistical statements made by the author. This work can be helpful to update the Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development and the local land-use development plans.
