    Zmienność występowania srebra w miejscach obniżenia w obszarze złożowym Polkowice-Sieroszowice

    In ZG Polkowice Sieroszowice there were three samples of deposit profiles collected. Data was received necessary to a horizontal and vertical analysis of variability in the occurrence of silver in the examined fragment of deposit. Microscopic research in the reflected light was conducted in order to check what minerals silver is connected with. EDS research was also carried out to do a chemical analysis of silver compounds. Factors were tried to determine which have an influence on reduction and increase of silver in Cu ore. Surfer was used to draw up maps of variability of deposit parameters. It was proved that silver compounds are represented by natural Ag, amalgam of silver and stromeyerite. Extremely low silver content is caused by typical chalcosine mineralization, close occurrence of elevation zone of sand rock and frequent ‘suspension of deposit’.
