    This work was presented a relational database for the collection, processing and visualization of weather data. Method of collecting and recording data ina relational database depends on the characteristics of the data collected and purposes for which the database was created. In this paper, data entry and editing is done by signature application client. It allows the addition of archival data into the database, retrieve data using the current channel rss, visualization of data using graphs. The application enables the processing and data analysis. The basic operations include:averaging data from any time range, searching for minimum and maximum values and the breakdown of the extreme values of the given pattern. In addition, implement sactions performed for the periodic time periods such as weather trends in search,detection of long periods of hot weather or rain, the detection periods of low or high humidity. To create an application has been used modern technologies such as PHP, Smarty, AJAX, JQuerry, HTML5.
