Item type:Book, Access status: Open Access , Blachy kotłów parowych : materjał, obróbka termiczna (ulepszanie), rysy, spawanie blach kotłowych i ulepszanie szwu spawanego drogą obróbki termicznej(nakładem autora, 1928) Feszczenko-Czopiwski, IwanItem type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Design of a station for welding parts of a car exhaust system(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2021) Temel, Wojciech; Czajka, Ireneusz; Lach, Tomasz; Halama, ŁukaszMaking large batches of repeatable components is a challenge for the manual welding process. The solution to these problems is automation using machines with two- or multi-axis systems. The design of a station for welding elements of car mufflers focuses on the automation of one of the processes at Ulter-Sport Sp. z o.o. through the use of a prototype five-axis numerically controlled station. The use of this type of solution provides the operator with the opportunity to quickly develop new welding cycles, which are repeatedly and accurately mapped using a ball system and stepper motors. The spacious working area and large movement capabilities of the torch allow the machine to adapt to perform other welding tasks.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Microstructure and mechanical behavior of a $CO_{2}$ laser and TIG welded 904L steel(2014) Bogdanowicz, Zdzisław; Jóźwik, Paweł; Nasiłowska, BarbaraThis paper presents the analysis of structural research, micro-hardness and mechanical properties of the base material which is steel 904 L and joints made with $CO_{2}$ laser beam and the TIG method. The analysis of the equilibrium system created in the Thermo-Calc programme based on chemical composition shows a dominancy of austenite with of $Fe_{α}$ additions, phase σ, P and Laves’ and $M_{23}C_{6}$ and $Cr_{9}Mo_{21}Ni_{20}$ carbides. EBSD (electron backscatter diffraction) research done by using an electron scanning microscope confirmed the presence of pure austenite.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Real-time operational control in information management system for flash-butt welding of rails(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2017) Kučuk-Âcenko, Sergìj Ìvanovič; Rudenko, Petr Mihajlovič; Gavriš, Valerij Semenovič; Dìdkovsʹkij, Oleksandr Volodimirovič; Švec, Valentina Ivanovna; Antipin, Evgenij Valentinovič; Wojtas, Piotr; Kozłowski, ArturOperational control of welding quality is the fundamental element of the entire rail manufacturing process. In practice, real-time systems are used for this purpose. This article features a new method that makes use of fuzzy logic to analyze the data from mechanical tests and from the ultrasound inspection of connections.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Surfacing of cutting edges for clay cutting(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2011) Hermann, Jörg; Kraemer, Hubertus; Stenzel, Peter; Sevim, Agah MericWear or abrasion in lignite opencast mining have a complex appearance and are caused by excavated material. In order to minimize costs for the mining company a project for optimizing geometries and alloys of clay cutting edges has been started by responsibles of CORODUR Fulldraht GmbH - Das Original. In this article it is described how an optimisation is setted up - from updated geometries for both, left and right cutting edges, over new alloy compositions to development of welding technologies. Moreover there has been checked the feasibility of PTA-welding and Open Arc welding and also the welding sequence which had to be feasible. Mechanisation by robots resulted in better weldbead appearance, lower costs and an in general more stable quality of welded clay cutting edges. At the end of the study including insitu wear tests it has been showed that the service life in the test period has doubled, compared with the former technology. Beside this it was possible to decrease the energy consumption in operation of the excavator by the new geometries for the cutting edges.Item type:Book, Access status: Open Access , Trwałość spawanych miejsc aluminotermicznie(Bibjoteka Akademji Górniczej, 1926) Feszczenko-Czopiwski, IwanItem type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Zrobotyzowane spawanie czerpaków koparek(2007) Idziak, Eugeniusz; Szyszka, Roman; Siennicki, Andrzej; Turek, BogdanExcavator buckets are fast moving elements. Each bucket is subject for rebuilding before renewed assembly on the excavator. On the robotized welding stand, during rebuilding process, operations of bucket wear parts cutting out, facing by welding, and welding are automatically executed. This is possible since this stand is composed of ROMAT 320 series robot, tilling-rotary positioner witch load capacity 75000 N and welding installation currying following processes: - high-duty MAG-MIG TANDEM method welding, - oxy cutting, - plasma cutting, - facing by core self-guard wires. Reproducible operations execution during bucket rebuilding process with robotized stand caused more efficiency increasing, quality improvement and most noxious and harmful operations elimination for workers health, which were manually by them executed as yet.
