    Advanced methods of galvoscanner position control with intergrated power supply module

    Galvoscanners are the fastest angular position regulation electro-mechanical devices known today. This thesis presents research performed on galvoscanner control systems and detailed presentation of chosen regulation system designed by author. This system incorporates analog regulation circuit integrated with digital input signal forming block. Integration of this blocks (analog and digital) increases regulation speed, and improves accuracy. Additionally presented system has controlled low-noise ZVS-CV power supply module, which reduces power losses in high power output devices. This thesis presents also results of experimental tests performed on finished circuit like step response or voltage and current waveforms during regulation. Also waveforms that shows power losses on power output devices are presented, along with methods that minimizes this losses.
