Klastry energii – szanse i bariery rozwoju. Podsumowanie badania ankietowego. Część 3: Instytucje zainteresowane rozwojem energetyki rozproszonej w Polsce
(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2021) Piech, Krzysztof; Hanzelka, Zbigniew; Dybowski, Paweł
In the third survey conducted as part of the KlastER pro- ject (www.er.agh.edu.pl), representatives of institutions, organiza- tions, associations, foundations, etc. actively working for the de- velopment of distributed energy in Poland were asked to express their opinions and expectations regarding energy clusters, as well as broadly understood distributed energy (ER). The summary of the survey results is presented in the paper.
Propozycja usługi autobilansowania (UAB)
(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2021) Cetnarski, Ryszard; Penskyy, Serhiy; Wawrzyniak, Karol
Distributed energy is developing at a high pace and needs new legislative solutions that will support it, while at the same time not place a big financial burden on the rest of society. This article presents and describes a potential solution that aims to address these goals. Autobalancing service rewards and incentivizes certain behavior of participants that is desirable from the point of view of the network. The types of actions that are incentivized by auto- balancing service are described in detail in this article and are based on simultaneous occurrence of electricity demand and generation in a well defined area of distribution grid. Two independent types of elements of the autobalancing service are postulated: (i) balanc- ing of energy, and (ii) balancing of power. These two elements are responsible for different system functions. Autobalancing service is incentivizing service providers to invest in flexible energy resourc- es as well as operating them in such a manner that is most useful from the point of view of electrical grid. Simulations that took into account technical and economical aspects of operation of energy clusters were conducted. Results indicate that introduction of the autobalancing service would be a sufficient incentive for clusters to invest in energy storage and provide flexibility resources to the grid operator.
High concentration of single-phase photovoltaic mi- cro-installations on a low-loaded low-voltage distribution feeder often has a negative impact on power quality parameters which leads to automatic photovoltaic inverters shutdown and obstructs distribution network maintenance using mobile power generation units. The paper presents the impact of 2 kW single-phase mi - cro-installations on voltage profile and voltage and current un- balance in a low-voltage distribution network. The paper also discusses cooperation of a mobile power generation unit with micro-installations and presents the results of measurements of mitigation effectiveness of the negative impact of micro-instal- lations on voltage quality using a balancing transformer and a se- ries automatic voltage regulator with independent phase voltage regulation.
Układy poligeneracyjne do skojarzonej produkcji energii elektrycznej, ciepła i chłodu
(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2021) Nowak, Wojciech
The most popular tri-generation solution is the combina- tion of an electricity generator, most often a gas engine, with a heat collection node and an absorption chiller that uses hot water to produce chilled water. Solutions of this type are characterized by high energy efficiency, as well as excellent flexibility of operation, because during the summer the surplus heat produced is used by the absorption chiller to produce cooling, which significantly reduc- es the need for electricity for cooling purposes. The paper presents a system for cogeneration of electricity, heat and cooling with an additional function of water desalination and sewage treatment. The system allows to achieve very high energy efficiency through rational use of waste heat generated by diesel engines.
Sieć SKER i jej otoczenie – analiza wzorców komunikacji i powiązań z wykorzystaniem analizy sieci społecznych
(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2021) Szczucka, Anna; Lisek, Katarzyna; Worek, Barbara; Kocór, Marcin; Micek, Dorota
The article presents main conclusions from first edition of social network analysis on SKER and its institutional environment. It focuses on relations between SKER’s members and their conse- quences on communication schemes within organization, as well as on the most important actors outside of its structures.
