Wykorzystanie podejścia immunologicznego do prognozowania szeregów czasowych
(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Pełech-Pilichowski, Tomasz; Duda, Jan Tadeusz
This article presents an idea of application of immune paradigm to symptomatic event detection, announcing long-term trend changes in time series that give a possibility to improve efficiency of short and medium-term prediction based on linear trend extrapolation. A conception of immune-like algorithm and definition of main system objects are presented, exemplary results of calculation (applied to financial time series) given with partially implementation of proposed immune-based algorithm are showed.

Analiza podobieństwa sygnałów diagnostycznych z wykorzystaniem metod odległościowych
(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2011) Pełech-Pilichowski, Tomasz; Duda, Jan Tadeusz
Artykuł koncentruje się na prezentacji koncepcji wykorzystania miar odległości do monitorowania zmiennych procesowych w celu identyfikacji podobnych sytuacji procesowych. W pracy opisano problematykę przetwarzania sygnałów diagnostycznych, scharakteryzowano ideę wykorzystania miar odległościowych do monitorowania podobieństwa sytuacji procesowych, przedstawiono i opisano przykładowe wyniki retrospektywnej analizy podobieństwa z wykorzystaniem dedykowanej miary odległości, z uwzględnieniem transformacji danych wejściowych.

Adaptacyjne algorytmy detekcji zdarzeń w szeregach czasowych

The dissertation focuses on an improvement of prediction of non- stationary time series with adaptive algorithms for event detection. Early warning of events in time series has direct impact on data processing quality and it is vital to accurate prediction. Effective detection is related to minimizing detection delay and fast estimation of statistical parameters of processed time series. The dissertation's author attempted to find possibilities of improving algorithmic analysis of wide data resources aimed at detection of events preceded long-term changes of time-series statistical properties and analysis of distributed environment with a diversified detectors set. The dissertation contains description of new immune-inspired event detection algorithms and complementary detectors of short-term changes in time series (such events appear simultaneously or have a lagged effect). Results of efficiency of proposed event detection methods computed with simulated and real data (financial time series) are presented. They show validity of proposed event-detection procedures and improvement of accuracy prediction based onlinear trend extrapolation.
