Problematyka standardów transferu danych w aspekcie zakresu informacji ewidencji gruntów i budynków
    (Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Bydłosz, Jarosław
The standards of data transfer from the cadastral system are the subject of this paper. Legal basis, technical instructions and purposes of data transfer from the cadastral system are described in the first part of the paper. In the following, the most popular standards are presented. There are DXF, SWDE and two standards based on XML computer language (GML and LandXML). DXF, GML and LandXML are international standards, SWDE is the Polish standard. Two cadastral objects (parcel and building) are created in the computer program Ewmapa and transferred to both DXF and SWDE standards, for better illustration of analysed problem. Evaluation of these standards and possibilities of further application in cadastral data transfer have been also made in the paper.

Teraźniejszość i przyszłość standardów wymiany danych ewidencyjnych
    (Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Bydłosz, Jarosław
In the paper the concept of information and cadastral data was introduced (concerning Ground and Building Cadastre). As the information, the concept referring to a single item of the cadastre was accepted, while the data might be understood as a set of information and relationships between them. In this paper the exchange and access to cadastral data were shown and the issues related to information were not discussed. Legal bases of giving access to cadastral data were also presented, this implied the answer to the questions who could have access to cadastral data and what the principles of such an access should be as well as the recommendations referring to software for handling the Ground and Building Cadastre, as given in a Technical Instruction G-5. The most important substantial part of the paper is the presentation of data standards used nowadays in the transfer of data on Ground and Building Cadastre, with the description of their present applications and the analysis of the possibilities of their further development and use.

Motives: In the past twenty years, considerable progress has been made in 3D real estate cadastres and 3D visualisation technologies. These developments require advanced solutions for the visualisation of 3D cadastral objects. Aim: The main aim of this study was to propose an optimal 3D cadastre visualisation strategy that accounts for user needs, the types of visualised data, and visualisation platforms. Results: The optimal 3D cadastre visualisation strategy was determined by performing a SWOT/TOWS analysis. Both internal and external factors that can influence the development of 3D cadastre visualisation policies were considered in the analysis. The results of the study were used to propose an aggressive strategy (based on the identified strengths and opportunities) for the development of 3D cadastre visualisation.

Problematyka transferu danych ewidencyjnych w SWDE
    (Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Bydłosz, Jarosław
The paper concerns data transfer in SWDE (Cadastral Data Interchange Standard). Legal basis of ground and building cadastre data interchange are given in the first part of the paper. The main part of the article concerns experimental works made by the author. The SWDE files export options from computer system Ewid 2000 are described there. The thorough analysis of the SWDE file obtained for Toszek commune (situated in Gliwice district) was performed in the paper. The contents of all SWDE file sections was described and examples of SWDE objects were also given.
