Analiza możliwości zastosowania pomp ciepła w modernizacji procesu technologicznego

Abstract

This thesis presents an analysis of the applicability of heat pumps in the modernization process of drying wood. The modernization process was to adapt the conventional kiln drying include condensation through the use of the chiller operating on the principle of heat pump. The thesis included an overview of various types of lower heat and heat pumps, but due the choice of condensing drying method most appropriate solution is to use a heat pump air - air. To calculate the final value of the chiller power was applied calculation algorithm parameters of air, which acts as a medium of drying in a closed circular loop. Consideration of thermodynamic transformations and physical properties of air-dried material is the basis for the calculation and selection of heat pumps. After selecting a heat pump was carried out a brief financial analysis comparing the investment costs and operating the conventional method of drying and condensation drying. Praca przedstawia analizę możliwości zastosowania pomp ciepła w modernizacji procesu suszenia drewna. Modernizacja procesu polegała na adaptacji suszarni konwencjonalnej na suszarnię kondensacyjną m.in. poprzez zastosowanie agregatu chłodniczego działającego na zasadzie pompy ciepła. W pracy uwzględniony został przegląd różnego rodzaju dolnych źródeł ciepła i rodzajów pomp ciepła, jednak w związku z wyborem kondensacyjnego sposobu suszenia najodpowiedniejszym rozwiązaniem jest zastosowanie pompy ciepła typu powietrze – powietrze. Do wyliczenia ostatecznej wartości mocy agregatu chłodniczego zastosowany został algorytm obliczeń parametrów powietrza, które to pełni funkcję medium suszącego w zamkniętym cyklicznym obiegu. Uwzględnienie termodynamicznych przemian powietrza oraz właściwości fizycznych materiału suszonego jest podstawą do wykonania obliczeń i doboru pompy ciepła. Po dokonaniu wyboru pompy ciepła przeprowadzona została krótka analiza finansowa porównująca koszty inwestycyjne i eksploatacyjne suszenia metodą konwencjonalną i kondensacyjną.
