W projekcie zostały zestawione i uporządkowane zasady z obowiązującymi normami. The project determines the principles of design for passive buildings based on accepted standards. The work includes guidelines for the design and construction of a single-family house that meets the requirements of a passive building. The definition of a passive building and its influence on people and the environment is discussed. Thesis presents all the aspects that a passive house should posess in order to achieve the intended objectives. Gathers and orgnizes rules with applicable standards. Project concludes with statement of the advantages, disadvantages and profitability of the investment of a single-family passive house.
