Atrakcyjność turystyczna Szlaku Wygasłych Wulkanów

Abstract

Przedmiotem pracy jest atrakcyjność turystyczna „Szlaku Wygasłych Wulkanów”. Jest to tematyczny szlak pieszy stwarzający idealne warunki do poznania historii geologicznej regionu Pogórza Kaczawskiego. Łączy ze sobą relikty trzech epok wulkanicznych, stanowiące o jego wyjątkowości w skali kraju. W pracy poddane zostały analizie i omówione elementy decydujące o atrakcyjności turystycznej, takie jak: walory przyrodnicze, kulturowe, infrastruktura turystyczna oraz dostępność komunikacyjna. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na obiekty przyrodnicze i infrastrukturę umożliwiającą rozwój funkcji edukacyjnej szlaku. W ramach pracy podjęto próbę określenia poziomu jego atrakcyjności w oparciu o analizowane elementy, opinię turystów oraz własne obserwacje. Dało to również podstawę do określenia uwarunkowań rozwoju ruchu turystycznego w obrębie szlaku i perspektyw dalszego rozwoju, z uwzględnieniem nowych form jego poznania. The main subject of the thesis is touristic attractiveness of the „Extinct Volcanoes Trail”. It is a thematic pedestrian trail which provides perfect conditions to learn about geological history of Pogórze Kaczawskie. This area combines relicts from three volcanic epochs which makes this area unique on the national basis. This thesis consists of analysis and description of elements which decide about touristic attractiveness of regions such as: natural and cultural advantages, touristic infrastructure and accessibility. However, the main focus of the thesis are natural objects and infrastructure which supports development of educational function of the trail. The author tried to specify the level of the region attractiveness based on analysed elements, opinions of tourists and author's observations. It enabled the author to specify conditions of tourist attendance development in the area of the trial as well as the perspectives for further development while taking into account new forms of its discovery.
