Abstract

The thesis presents the programming stages of spa facilities on the example of Papuga Park Hotel in Wapienica. The following research methods were used: a strategic analysis, a marketing mix evaluation and a survey among the company’s clients. Moreover, the characteristics of the spa market in Europe and Poland were presented as well as prezent trends in the market. The notion of ‘spa’ was analysed in depth. W pracy zaprezentowano etapy programowania obiektu spa na przykładzie Papuga Park Hotel w Wapienicy. W tym celu wykorzystano metody badawcze, takie jak: analiza strategiczna, ocena skuteczności marketingu mix oraz badanie ankietowe wśród klientów przedsiębiorstwa. Ponadto dokonano charakterystyki rynku spa w Europie i Polsce wraz z panującymi aktualnie trendami. Dogłębnej analizie poddano definiowanie pojęcia spa.
