Description
Abstract
This MS project contains quantity and quality estimation of ore mineralization occurrence in white sandstones in the “Rudna” mine deposit in the Fore-Sudetic Monocline. Based on reflected light microscopy investigations the occurring ore minerals were described. Quantitative determination of ore minerals were carried out using planimetric method of Multiscan software. The study are completed with maps of deposit parameters, profiles and geological cross – section with complementary interpretation. The final results show that cement type has essential influence on the ore mineralization in the sandstone ore. In the sandstones with clay and clay-carbonate cement prevails rich ore mineralization mainly of simple Cu sulphides of the Cu-S system (chalcocite, digenite, and covellite). The sandstone with sulphate cement are generally poor mineralized with sulphides of Fe (pyrite, marcasite), Zn (sphalerite), Pb (galenite).
Niniejsza praca zawiera ocenę jakościową i ilościową okruszcowania w obrębie piaskowców białego spągowca w kopalni „Rudna” na monoklinie przedsudeckiej. Na podstawie badań mikroskopowych w świetle odbitym opisano występujące minerały kruszcowe. W celu określenia zawartości minerałów kruszcowych wykonano planimetrie programem Multican. Badania zostały uzupełnione mapami parametrów złożowych, profilami i przekrojem geologicznym wraz z interpretacją. Wnioski końcowe pokazują ze rodzaj spoiwa piaskowca ma istotny wpływ na okruszcowanie. W piaskowcach o spoiwie ilastym i ilasto – węglanowym przeważa bogate okruszcowanie miedziowe, głównie prostymi siarczkami systemu Cu – S (chalkozyn, digenit i kowelin). Piaskowce o spoiwie siarczanowym posiadają ubogie okruszcowanie siarczkami Fe (piryt, markasyt), Zn (sfaleryt), Pb (galena).
