Abstract
The main objective of the first chapter was to characterize basic provisions of Water Framework Directive 2000 (WFD 2000) and its daughter directive from 2006 (WFD 2006) as well as its influance on Polish Geological and Mining Law and Water Law. In further part of this paper changes in Polish Geological and Mining Law legislation were analyzed.
W pierwszym rozdziale zostały poruszone tematy dotyczące Ramowej Dyrektywy Wodnej 2000 oraz Ramowej Dyrektywy Wodnej 2006 oraz ich wpływ na Polskie Prawo Wodne oraz Geologiczne i Górnicze. Natomiast w kolejnych rozdziałach została dokonana analiza zmiany w aktach prawnych ustaw o Prawie Geologicznym i Górniczym.
