Opracowanie założeń strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju gminy Bochnia

Abstract

Tematem niniejszego projektu inżynierskiego jest "Opracowanie założeń strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju gminy Bochnia". Cel projektu stanowi stworzenie założeń niezbędnych do opracowania kompleksowej strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju gminy Bochnia na lata 2017-2022. Założenia opracowano w oparciu o analizę aktualnego stanu w następujących sferach: infrastrukturalnej, środowiskowej, socjalnej, gospodarczej i kulturalno-rekreacyjnej. Po dogłębnej analizie każdej z wymienionych sfer, przedstawione zostały propozycje niwelacji zjawisk kryzysowych, mających związek z sytuacją panującą w gminie. Realizacja założeń przyczyniać się będzie do poprawy warunków życia oraz stworzy możliwości samorealizacji. Wybór gminy warunkuje fakt że jest ona miejscem zamieszkania autora. Projekt bazuje zatem na wieloletniej znajomości tego miejsca, a proponowane założenia odzwierciedlają potrzeby ludzi z bliskiego otoczenia, zamieszkałych na terenie gminy i biorących mniej, lub bardziej czynny udział w jej życiu.

The subject of this engineering dissertation is "Developing of assumptions for sustainable development strategy of Bochnia community". An objective of this dissertation aims at creating indispensable assumptions that are necessary to elaborate on a comprehensive strategy for sustainable development of Bochnia commune for 2017-2022. These assumptions are developed on the basis of analysis related to the current circumstances in the following subject-areas: infrastructure, environment, social situation, economic situation as well as availability of cultural and recreation resources. After a thorough analysis of the said areas, suggestions for reducing crisis situations that occur and relate directly to commune were presented. Implementation of the aforesaid assumptions will contribute to the improvement of living conditions and creation of opportunities for self-realization. The choice of this commune was determined by the fact that it is the author's place of residence. Therefore, this dissertation is based on a long-term and thorough knowledge of the said place. The introduced assumptions reflect the needs of people living in its close vicinity, residing in the territory of the commune as well as playing less or more active role in its social life.
