Produkty procesów hydrotermalnych w utworach formacji łupków Gór Pieprzowych (Wyżyna Sandomierska)

Abstract

Góry Pieprzowe, stanowiące peryferyjną część Gór Świętokrzyskich, zbudowane są ze skał należących do tzw. formacji łupków z Gór Pieprzowych (FŁGP), obejmującej kambryjskie skały klastyczne: łupki ilaste, mułowce, piaskowce. Integralną częścią formacji są minerały powstałe w wyniku aktywności roztworów hydrotermalnych, tj.: kalcyt, kwarc, kaolinit, chloryt i goethyt. Stanowią one wypełnienia żył, które przecinają utwory FŁGP w różnych kierunkach (kilka generacji). Kalcyt reprezentuje najstarszy etap epizodu hydrotermalnego. Podczas jego krystalizacji temperatura wynosiła 233±33°C. Kryształy kalcytu zawierają liczne inkluzje fluidalne oraz wrostki stałe (organiczne oraz mineralne; te ostatnie reprezentowane są m.in. przez anataz).

The Pepper Mts., constituting the peripherical part of the Holy Cross Mts. are built with clastic rocks of Cambrian age, i.e. shales, mudstones, sandstones, representing the Pepper Mts. Shale Formation (PMSF). The integral part of the formation are minerals crystallized due to the hydrothermal activity. These minerals are: calcite, quartz, kaolinite, chlorite and goethite. They fill hydrothermal veins which cut rock complex in many different directions. Calcite represents the oldest stage of hydrothermal episode. During its crystallization the temperature was ca. 233±33°C. Calcite’s crystals consist numerous fluid inclusions as well as the solid ones (with organic content and minerals, for example anatase).
