The technical management of the underground gas storages of medium capacity in Transylvanian Basin (Romania)

Abstract

The present worldwide energetic crisis represented by the natural decline of the gas fields associated with a very increased demand for new reserves discoveries claims for a more accurate approach of the whole technical and economical strategy. In this general context, the efforts supported by Romanian national gas company „Romgaz” for the development of new underground gas storages of medium capacity are really significant.

Światowy kryzys energetyczny przejawiający się naturalnym wyczerpywaniem złóż gazu ziemnego i rosnącym zapotrzebowaniem na nowe zasoby powoduje, że konieczne jest opracowanie nowej i lepszej strategii technicznej i ekonomicznej. Bardzo istotny wkład w rozwiązanie tego problemu w wypadku podziemnych magazynów gazu ziemnego o średniej pojemności ma rumuńska spółka gazowa „Romgaz”.
