Ocena skutków realizacji projektów drogowych w aspekcie gospodarki kopalin, na przykładzie wybranego odcinka autostrady A4 Rzeszów - Jarosław

Abstract

Realizacja projektów drogowych jest ważnym elementem rozwoju infrastruktury komunikacyjnej. W trakcie ich planowania należy uwzględnić zasoby kopalin danego obszaru, zarówno pod względem dostępności złóż jak i zmiany ilości ich zasobów. W pracy przeanalizowano złoża kolidujące z inwestycją oraz zmiany w liczbie, zagospodarowaniu i ilości zasobów w złożach w zakresie przyjętego bufora. Analiza złóż gazu ziemnego i surowców ilastych ceramiki budowlanej wykazała brak wpływu inwestycji. Oprócz niej wykonano ocenę możliwości zaspokojenia potrzeb surowcowych budowy autostrady. Zaobserwowano silny lecz krótkotrwały wpływ inwestycji na zasoby kruszyw naturalnych, który nie miał znaczenia dla lokalnej bazy zasobów. Analiza terenów pogórniczych związanych z inwestycją wykazała w większości przeprowadzoną rekultywacji terenu.

The implementation of road projects is an important element of the development of communication infrastructure. During planning, the resources of minerals in a given area should be taken into account, both in terms of availability of deposits and changes in the amount of their resources. The work analyzed the mineral deposits interfering with the investment and changes in the number, development and quantity of resources in the deposits in the scope of the adopted buffer. The analysis of the natural gas and lay raw materials for cement production deposits showed no impact from the highway. Beside that the possibility of satisfying the materials needs of the motorway construction was assessed. Intense but with short duration impact on clastic rock raw materials was observed that had not had influence on local resource base. The analysis of post-mining areas showed that the reclamation was mostly done.
