Porównanie metod ekstrakcji wybranych makro i mikroelementów z gleb użytkowanych rolniczo

Abstract

Praca jest poświęcona porównaniu metod ekstrakcji pierwiastków z gleb mineralnych, na których prowadzone są uprawy rolnicze. Przedstawiono najpopularniejsze procedury używane do określania zawartości dostępnych dla roślin form pierwiastków. Pobrano 30 próbek gleb z terenów rolniczych i dokonano ekstrakcji Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, K oraz Na stosując metody najczęściej wykorzystywane w akredytowanych laboratoriach. Stwierdzono wyraźne różnice pomiędzy różnymi odmianami ekstrakcji co wskazuje, że nie powinny one być stosowane wymiennie.

This thesis is devoted to a comparison of methods used for extraction of elements from mineral soils on which agricultural crops are carried out. The most popular procedures used to determine the content of elemental forms available for plant were presented. 30 soil samples from agricultural areas were collected for research purposes, and Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, K and Na were extracted using methods which are the most commonly used in accredited laboratories. It has been found out that the tested methods differed substantially which indicate that they should not be applied interchangeably.
