Sylikatowe żywice organiczno-mineralne w budownictwie podziemnym i tunelowym

Abstract

Organic-mineral silicate resins are a specific group of the injection-media widely at present used in underground construction and tunnelling. Their common feature is the water environment has no influence on the course of the reaction. The distinction between them and the polyurethane resins (PUR) is they do not transfer the flame and belong to the group of self-extinguishing resins. Both the characterization and examples of the use of organic-mineral silicate resins have been given in the paper.

Specyficzną grupą środków iniekcyjnych, szeroko obecnie stosowanych w budownictwie górniczym i tunelarstwie są organiczno-mineralne żywice silikatowe. Ich wspólną cechą jest fakt, iż środowisko wodne nie ma wpływu na przebieg reakcji. W odróżnieniu od żywic poliuretanowych (PUR) nie przenoszą płomienia i należą do grupy żywic samogasnących. W artykule podano charakterystykę organiczno-mineralnych żywic sylikatowych oraz przykłady ich zastosowania.
