Analiza Systemu Zarządzania Środowiskiem w przedsiębiorstwie Nidec Motors & Actuators w Niepołomicach wraz z jego adaptacją do wymagań normy ISO 14001:2015

Abstract

Praca magisterska stanowi studium systemu zarządzania środowiskiem w firmie Nidec Motors & Actuators w Niepołomicach. Zawiera charakterystykę systemu bazującego na wymaganiach normy ISO 14001:2004, a także opisuje proces wdrożenia najnowszej wersji ISO 14001:2015. Adaptacja systemu zarządzania środowiskiem oparta została na analizie obu wersji normy i identyfikacji zakresu podlegającego zmianom. W pracy przedstawiono charakterystykę zakładu, historię zarządzania środowiskowego, a także standardu ISO 14001. Uwzględnia zmiany, które wprowadzono po nowelizacji normy, jak również proces adaptacji przedsiębiorstwa do zaistniałych warunków. Wynikiem podjętych działań było wdrożenie wymagań najnowszej normy, w efekcie czego firma pozytywnie przeszła audyt środowiskowy i przedłużyła ważność certyfikatu środowiskowego.

The master thesis is a study of the Environmental Management System in the Nidec Motors & Actuators company located in Niepolomice. It includes system’s characterization based on ISO 14001:2004 requirements as well as the newest ISO 14001:2015 version. The adaptation of the environmental management system based on both versions of the standard and indentifying the range of changes. The thesis is an overview of the company’s characterization, history of the environmental management and ISO 14001 standard. It takes into account both changes following the standard novelization and the plant adaptation process. As a result, the newest standard requirements were implemented and then the company succeeded in the environmental audit finalized with the extension of the environmental certificate validity.
