Ocena gospodarki odpadami na terenie powiatu rzeszowskiego

Abstract

W niniejszej pracy przeprowadzono analizę, a następnie ocenę stanu gospodarki odpadami na terenie powiatu rzeszowskiego. Analiza ta umożliwiła weryfikację stanu technicznego i organizacyjnego powiatu rzeszowskiego w aspekcie gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, identyfikację problemów oraz rozpatrzenie możliwości ulepszenia systemu gospodarki odpadami. Do realizacji wyznaczonego celu wykorzystano dane z m. in. Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego (GUS). Następstwem przeprowadzonej oceny funkcjonującego systemu było zaproponowanie dwóch scenariuszy jego ulepszenia oraz określenie jego wpływu na środowisko. Symulacje oddziaływania na środowisko istniejącego i proponowanych scenariuszy przeprowadzono przy wykorzystaniu modelu IWM-Pl, który wykorzystuje metodę Analizy Cyklu Życia (LCA).

This thesis analyses and then evaluation of the waste management state in the Rzeszow district. This analysis allow the verification of the technical and organizational state of Rzeszow district in the aspect of municipal waste management, identification of problems and consideration of possibilities to improve waste management system. Data used for this document was for example from Central Statistical Office. The result of the evaluation of the functioning system was to offer two scenarios of improvements and circumscription impact of them on the environment. Simulations of the environmental impact of the existing and offered scenarios were conducted using the IWM-Pl model, which uses Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method.
