Ocena gospodarki odpadami na terenie gminy Borzęcin

Abstract

Celem pracy jest ocena aktualnego stanu gospodarki odpadami obowiązującego na terenie gminy Borzęcin. W pierwszej część pracy omówione zostały polskie i unijne przepisy prawne regulujące gospodarkę odpadami komunalnymi. Następnie dokonano dogłębnej analizy społeczno-gospodarczej obszaru objętego badaniem. W kolejnej części pracy na podstawie zgromadzonych materiałów przeprowadzono analizę aktualnego stanu gospodarki odpadami na terenie gminy Borzęcin wskazując jego mocne i słabe strony. Kończąc w programie IWMPL wykonano szereg symulacji mających na celu znalezienie rozwiązań pozwalających na usprawnienia aktualnego systemu gospodarki odpadami. Na tej podstawie dokonano jego oceny i poddano analizie zaproponowane zmiany.

The aim of the master thesis is the evaluation of a current waste management strategy in Borzęcin commune. The project consists of several related chapters. The first part describes municipal waste regulations, both in Poland and The European Union. The second chapter is dedicated to the thorough anylysis of the Borzecin commune area. Reviewing the collected data, it was possible to present complete and accurate evaluation of the current waste management strategy, including it's strenghts and weaknesses. Finally, using the IWM-PL programme, a number of simulations was contucted - what allowed to propose many new solutions to the existing issues an problems that the commune faces. Gathering all collected data and results, the project ends with the final evaluation of the waste management and the analisys of the proposed solutions.
