Wykorzystanie audytu energetycznego do oceny zasadności stosowania wentylacji mechanicznej z rekuperacją dla budynków termomodernizowanych na przykładzie domu jednorodzinnego

Abstract

Celem pracy inżynierskiej jest ocena zasadności stosowania wentylacji mechanicznej z rekuperacją dla konkretnego domu jednorodzinnego, w którym wcześniej zastosowano model termomodernizacji, który zawiera na danych etapach wybór spośród kilku analizowanych materiałów. Do przeprowadzenia analizy wykorzystano program komputerowy Audytor OZC. Praca rozpoczyna się wstępem teoretycznym, w którym znajduje się wprowadzenie do zagadnienia i wytłumaczenie podstawowych pojęć. Następnie został opisany dom jednorodzinny, a dla pierwotnego stanu wykonano audyt energetyczny. Kolejnym krokiem było przeprowadzenie termomodernizacji i wykonanie drugiego audytu energetycznego. Kolejny etap to dobór wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła. Po ukończeniu doboru przedsięwzięć termomodernizacyjnych zrobiono trzeci audyt energetyczny. Podsumowanie zawiera przede wszystkim informacje o finansowej zasadności takich rozwiązań w tym konkretnym przypadku oraz inne uwagi, które mogą być kluczowe z punktu widzenia inwestora.

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the appropriateness of using mechanical ventilation with recuperation for a specific one-family house, in which the thermo-modernization model was previously applied, which includes, at given stages, a selection of several analyzed materials. The computer program Audytor OZC was used to carry out the analysis. The work begins with a theoretical introduction, in which there is an introduction to the problem and an explanation of the basic concepts. Then a one-family house was described, and an energy audit was carried out for the original state. The next step was to carry out thermo-modernization for the computer model and to carry out a second energy audit. The next stage was the selection of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. After completing the selection of thermo-modernization projects, a third energy audit was carried out. The summary contains primarily information about the financial appropriateness of such solutions in this particular case and other comments that may be crucial from the investor's point of view.
