Ocena gospodarcza złoża kruszywa naturalnego Stary Sącz - Moszczenica

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis was characteristics and economic valuation of Stary Sącz – Moszczenica deposit. Made valuation with discounted cash flow method (DCF). As a result it was found that exploitation of deposit will be profitable in the future. Analyzed restrictions of exploitation. These includes restrictions related to the infrastructure, distance to the market outlet and the property of the deposit area. Described three ways of using deposit area – mining, agriculture and air transport. It was found that this area should be used for agricultural purpose and in the right time exploitation should be began. The deposit should be left in the conditions that allow its exploitation in the future - this is the basis of the sustainabillity idea.

Celem niniejszej pracy była charakterystyka i ocena gospodarcza złoża Stary Sącz – Moszczenica. Przeprowadzono wycenę złoża wykorzystując metodę DCF, polegającą na analizie zdyskontowanych przepływów pieniężnych. Otrzymano wynik świadczący o opłacalności eksploatacji złoża w najbliższych latach. Przeanalizowano ograniczenia wykorzystania złoża. Należą do nich ograniczenia związane z planowaną infrastrukturą, odległość od rynku zbytu oraz własność terenów obejmujących złoże. Przedstawiono trzy możliwości zagospodarowania terenu złoża – górnictwo, rolnictwo oraz transport. Stwierdzono, że przez najbliższe lata teren powinien być wykorzystywany dla celów rolniczych, by w momencie odpowiednim pod względem ekonomicznym rozpocząć proces wydobywania surowca. Złoże powinno być pozostawione w warunkach, które umożliwią jego eksploatacje w przyszłości, co stanowi podstawę idei zrównoważonego rozwoju.
