Wpływ laminowania na pracę modułów fotowoltaicznych

Abstract

Niniejsza praca podejmuje zagadnienia związane z wpływem procesu laminowania i rodzaju zastosowanych enkapsulantów na pracę modułów fotowoltaicznych. W pracy przedstawiono wymagania, jakie powinny spełniać poszczególne elementy zabezpieczające generator energii w module fotowoltaicznym. Opisano przebieg procesu laminacji oraz skutki, jakie powoduje niewłaściwy dobór parametrów procesu laminacji. W ramach pracy opracowano również projekt i wykonano prototyp modułu o obniżonej masie. Prototyp zbudowano wykorzystując podłoże oparte na kompozytowej piance typu PVC, przekładanej włóknem węglowym.

This thesis takes up issues related to the influence of the laminating process and the type of encapsulants used on the operation of solar modules. The thesis presents the requirements that should be met by individual elements protecting the energy generator in the solar module. The course of the lamination process and the effects caused by the incorrect choice of lamination process parameters are described. As part of the work, a design was also developed and a prototype of the reduced mass module was made. The prototype was built using a substrate based on a PVC foam composite foam layered with carbon fiber.
