Możliwości ochrony prawnej stanowisk w oknie tektonicznym Lanckorony

Abstract

Stanowiska geologiczne okna tektonicznego Lanckorony znajdują się w województwie małopolskim w obrębie wsi Lanckorona, Biertowice oraz miasta Sułkowice. Odsłaniające się tam skały reprezentują flisz Karpat Zewnętrznych i reprezentowane są przez piaskowce, łupki oraz zlepieńce. W pracy przedstawiono charakterystykę fliszu karpackiego, warstw lgockich, pstrych łupków, formację łupków z radiolarytami oraz warstwy istebniańskie. Zaproponowano najlepszą prawną formę ochrony dla tego typu obiektów oraz sposób ich zagospodarowania. Ponad to, zostały przedstawione zagrożenia omawianego terenu i związane z nimi zabiegi ochronne oraz promocyjne, które mogłyby wyeliminować negatywne oddziaływanie na tym obszarze.

Geological sites in Lanckorona tectonic window are located in Malopolska, within the village Lanckorona, Biertowice and the city Sulkowice in Poland. Rocks represent flysch of the Outer Carpathians and are represented by sandstones, slates and conglomerates. The paper presents the characteristics of the Carpathian flysch, lgota beds, veriagated slates, formation of slates with ladiolarites and istebnianskie beds. It proposed the best legal form of protection for this type of object and how to manage them. More than this, were presented hazards of the site and related protective and promotional items that could eliminate the negative impact on the area.
